This is a LOVELY recipe!
I have made bread for many years and was specifically looking for a rich, eggy challah. THis recipe completely fills my request.
Thank you for sharing it and thank you too, for the video giving direction on the six strand braid.

Happy Thanksgiving
Blessings,
Love,

Shalom,
If we are not following Yeshua then who are we following? The word is very clear, but People is still following people with Constanine theology, and These people are believing another gospel.

Greetings!

I was really encouraged by this post. I have felt the need for a prayer book type thing, but have always felt like it was "vain words", because I don't always feel like I think I should. But, what you said about making music made sense and now I think I will try to incorporate that into my prayer life, such as it is right now.

In the Name of Yeshua the Messiah,

I appreciate what you are sharing, but I am not as good as you are at putting it into words. I see the same thing, but I don't know how to share it. I am SO new to this that I don't totally understand what is happening in my own life. LOL!

Yesterday, at church, I shared before everyone (and some guests that I had never seen before in my life, which made it that much more difficult!) a "manifesto" of what has been happening in my spiritual life. I fully expected strong persecution if various forms. I was so nervous I felt like I was going to pass out. LOL! I stood up, unfolded my paper, and read it out loud and strong. I felt like I was a really ridiculous spectacle, but when I finished reading there were so many smiles and Amens and HalleluYAHs. I couldn't believe it! I got the feeling that many are on the same spiritual path, but we were all afraid of sharing it with the others. We had a guest speaker and it was amazing how his message meshed with what I had shared. Then our pastor shared and, again, amazing how it all meshed. We did not share about the exact same things, but they all worked together, and we did not tell each other beforehand what we were going to share. In fact, mine was just an off-the-cuff sharing during congregational sharing time at the beginning of the service. After the service, during the meal, many told me about what was going on in their lives and I was overwhelmed with how YHWH has been working. I mean OVERWHELMED. I felt like Moses when he had been given a glimpse of the tail end of YHWH's robes. I got home and had to lie down on the bed to recover.

Praise YHWH! I don't understand much, yet, but I am so excited I can barely contain it. I just wish I could articulate better.

Yes Amy! I'm so glad you've seen it too. And we must keep moving. Our forefathers brought us as far as they could and then it was left in the hands of the next generation, and each generation since then. It is our job to continue to follow the Spirit's lead and teach our children. Someday our children will be farther along than we are and we, hopefully, will be proud to learn from their insights too.

The exciting thing is that I know we're not alone! Where once it sure felt like we were, over the years we've seen that we certainly are not alone. While we do not have a large group to fellowship with, we do appreciate our small intimate group. :)

I like the quote you gave. Thank you for sharing it.

LOL April. Words seem to come easy for me, WAY too easily. And I use them much too often. *sigh* So I'm glad that my rambling connects with you.

We feel the same way, we do worship with a group but it happens to be a very small group. It is hard and sometimes we feel quite isolated. But it has been such a blessing and we've appreciated it so much. In time, as the family grows, hopefully our little family congregation will too (and that the children will remain close to home...).

Yes, I have seen in the "reformed" movement going on today where people stop at Calvin and hang their hat there...but we need to keep moving on further past Calvin and other reformers. They (Calvin, etc) at least got the ship moving again, but we must keep moving!
