great pt.  i guess the same thought of most younger guys, bulk up with protein.  the problem is that this isnt healthy for us (nor i guess the cows).  very interesting about the meat.  thanks for the info.

I suppose the science behind the grain idea is related to &quot;more is better&quot; and because the drive is to bulk the animals up, they are filled with carbs and higher protein so they will produce more meat.  The theory works well, actually, to produce their desired results.  However, grain fed ruminants have a very different quality to their meat, and as it turns out, grass fed ruminants are a healthier choice for us.</description>
